I think she is so beautiful - and I really hope she's growing her hair longer again, I really wasn't diggin' the short do

I don't watch Medium religiously, so I was shocked when I watched the new episodes and saw how big Marie (is that her name?) is! The last episode I saw - which was a repeat to be fair - she was a baby!

Yeah, the short hair wasn't my favourite although it was part of the story so I didn't mind because they actually dared to do a story like that. Not many shows would have, at least not with the main character. But I think she'll grow it again now, sort like she did during season four where she grew it out after her short season three style.

I've not really watched a great deal but I got the general jist that she had been ill? With a brain tumour?

I really like Medium because it does life so well. I know everyone compares it to Ghost Whisperer, but I really don't understand why Medium doesn't get as much praise. It's just as good quality, sometimes even better, and its more realistic (as a supernatural programme can be) because she doesn't wake up in full makeup with perfectly curled hair! (I do actually like Ghost Whisperer btw)

I think I'll have to start getting the DVDs.

Get the DVD's! It's brilliant, and I'm sort of biased when it comes to the GW/Medium comparisons because I used to like both but GW got a bit tiresome and it's one of those shows where everyone's really nice and polite and pretty which I don't really like. So it's Medium all the way for me!

And yeah, she had a brain tumour but she thought it would affect her visions so she skipped her surgery and ended up having a stroke which took her a while to recover from. But it was really good storyline, especially the cliff-hanger they left season five on.
