The back-up Kierkan entry has been sold recently on ScreenUsed. The text was blurred, but some parts are still readable.

The entry could be seen in season 7, "Someone to Witch Over Me", (see here). A few years ago, Dan Haberkorn, one of the Book's artists, confirmed that it was an entry on Kierkan rather then Kazi's (which was what fans thought it was).
This is what I could figure out, I'm 90% sure that these words are right.
Kierkan
is the most powerful Alchemist known
to man and is --- --- --- --- --- his
experiment to --- --- --- --- --- ---
for --- --- --- --- --- --- --- ---
Even though --- --- --- --- --- are
capable of killing Alchemist
demons with the Power of Three
--- --- --- --- --- --- --- Kierkan.
When seeking to Destroy an Alchemist
Demon use the following Spell:
Let Flesh be Flesh, and Bone be Bone
the Alchemist shall transform none.
Cruel Scientist of Evil Born
with these words face the Fire's Scorn.
