It's senior year, baby!

A continuation of "the series that defied a generation", 90210 centers around the Wilsons as they move from Kansas to the Land of Oz, in other words, Beverly Hills. Siblings Annie and Dixon learn to adjust to their new found lives in Tinsel Town with their new found clique of friends (and sometimes enemies). Some of the students there are rich girl Naomi, the sometimes vicious Silver, always drama Adrianna, tomboy surfer Ivy, journalist Navid, bad boy Liam and tennis boy Teddy. And along the faculty is English teacher Ryan Matthews and the school principal and father to the Wilson kids, Harry, with his wife Debbie at home.

Honestly, I've been anticipating the season three premiere ever since the season two finale. I know the CW is known for their teen dramas, but I've been with this one from the start. It had just enough drama for my taste, had characters that I could relate to on some personal level, and had situations that left me feeling all sorts of emotions, mainly hate. And after what went down in the season finale, I need to know what happened over the summer!

I, for one, am really interested in seeing Naomi's story. In the promo's she seemed

pretty damn happier than she should be. Assuming she was attacked by Mr. Cannon (and we don't know this for a fact that she was), I'd imagine her being more depressed and emo like.

So to those who are just as pumped as I am, have predictions for the season, or expect to see more or less of certain things, post here!!

The finale was somewhat of a disappointment to me, actually. It was advertised (via spoilers and the then official synopsis) that it would be revealed that Annie isn't the hit-and-run driver, but someone else. Other stuff was supposed to happen to, and they reveal the ending via promos and stuff, so I wasn't that psyched.

The only reason I jumped onto the S2 bandwagon was because of the whole Adrianna is a lesbian plot, and they ditched that too. I'm fine with her being with Navid, though I don't really like the Javier arc.

The finale was actually pretty good to me. I'm glad Navid finally opened his mouth about his feelings for Adrianna & I thought it was so soapie-esque the way it was broadcast all over the school. As for Javier, I have a feeling he's not going to give up on Ade that easily. I see trouble brewing.

As for Annie, I didn't see the promos or anything (as the finale only aired here last week) but I always thought that maybe she didn't hit Jasper's uncle. That to me is a relief cause I know I would never be able to go to the grave with that hanging over her head. I'm also glad she found comfort with Liam. I have been rooting for them for a while now. They just seem to have a better understanding of each other. The Laomi relationship to me was more sexual & nothing more. They didn't connect on any other level & besides that Naomi is just a plain drama queen & everything has to be about her to matter.

Can I just say thank God someone beat the crap out of Jasper! He's such a stalker freak. But I'm worried now that Liam might have beaten him to death...I felt so bad that he burned the boat. Liam worked so hard on that.

I'm smelling a divorce for Debbie & Harry. Once you've stopped loving each other, what keeps you together? Although Annie's hit & run confession might force them to stay together to support her.

Dixon: I'm pretty sure after hearing that argument, he left for Australia anyway. I'm kind of liking his relationship with Ivy but I'm still secretly rooting for him & Silver as I'm not so crazy about Teddy either.

Naomi: What goes around comes around, my dear. This is what usually happens. You falsely accuse someone of sexual harassment & once it does REALLY happen, you are the girl that cried wolf. Like Martin said though, she looks pretty chipper in the new promos. Could she just be hiding it or has she given into a relationship with Mr Cannon? Hey, with where her mind it at at the moment, anything is possible.

I'm excited for S3 & will be downloading it along with GG tomorrow morning. I'm not waiting until it shows on the TV anymore.

The finale was actually pretty good to me.

I liked the finale as well, I didn't watch many trailers for it though so I sort of went into it blind, which meant there were more surprises I guess.

I sort of like Jasper, I think it's because he's kinda funny in a creepy way but I'd like to see him back. But if Annie did hit his uncle (and I could have swore that I read in a spoiler that it turned out she didn't) she needs to confess to more people than just her parents.

THE HELL?! Where was this, this is the first I'm hearing about it. If you can find the link to such info, I'd be grateful. I never heard that with Annie and the whole hit-and-run mess.

I liked that story as well. Rumer did such a good job with the role. It's a shame she didn't come back for season 3. At least I don't think she is.

Yes you can. But I wouldn't mind seeing him this season. He was a good antagonist for the kids. I like the idea of him stalking everyone and making their lives crap in some way or form.

the guy is getting pretty boring for my taste. I love Ivy, I really do. But yes, I'll always be true to the original puppy love of Silver and Dixon. I loved them the first couple of episodes.

Look at you, with your robe on, preaching to the choir. Obviously, no woman should have to go through that, but she really did have something like that coming. She really is the girl who cried wolf. All right! I've held on for as long as I could. Now I must gab about the season three premiere. SO IF YOU HAVE NOT STREAMED, DOWNLOADED, OR WATCHED IT, DON'T READ FURTHER. THERE ARE SPOILERS! THAT IS ALL...

*sigh*...I was disappointed. It wasn't as good as I was expecting. Granted I missed the first two minutes and went to the bathroom at times, it just seemed as if there were just cutting open storylines all over the place. What's worse, it just seems like deja vu with certain storylines. And they wouldn't stop! I would expect a snowball effect with it, slowly becoming bigger and bigger over time. It seemed too big and too many too early...that didn't sound right. And was it just me, or was it too serious? Yes, Naomi was raped. It's sad. But why aren't the others having much fun compared to the last season premiere. Remember that dance scene? Highlight of the episode. There was an earthquake, fine. But they just moved on and got straight into the drama. No time for fun.

Annie: This seems so redundant to me for last year. Last year it was No drama Adrianna. She didn't go through with it. Now it's "tell the truth, the whole truth and nothing but the truth" I can't expect Annie to do the same. That way, she could REALLY sleep with Liam. And Naomi never has to know. Not that she should care. Laomi's finished. He wants you! Have him! Oh yeah, I don't trust that broad at the acting agency. What did she mean on the phone, I forgot what she said.

Dixon: Not seeing any major plots going on. I'd like to see him actually become the man of the house now that Harry's gone. And he took that first step by telling Ivy his love for her. But I'm still rooting for Silxon. And I hope to see his mother again sometime in the future. I loved that story.

Silver: Another repeated storyline. Caught with the boyfriend. Yes, Silver actually saw both of them, unlike last time with Naomi, but it's pretty much the same idea. Forgot to mention. Dixon: SHAVE THE AFRO!! Now! Right now! It seems haircuts is the word of the month: Tara (sorry, had to say it), Silver. And hopefully, Dixon. But I pray, I PRAY Silver isn't another victim to that jackass who can't keep it in his pants. Maybe Kelly might save the day just in time? It'd be nice to see him go to jail, if not for Naomi, then for attempted sexual assault on Silver.

Navid: Not much to say about him. Still the same worried, nice Navid. He really needs more storylines. He really does, he doesn't even get a full paragraph, I'm so bored with him.

Teddy: An original story, that's a start. I like the idea of him getting injured. Not because I don't like him, but it could really change him. He's been the tennis path for so long, so the thought of him getting off it because of his injury might make him a new man. And trust me, his story will head in a new interesting direction.

Yes, he is walking out the closet sometime this season. I know Aid was experimenting, but Teddy is really set in stone. In case you didn't know.

Ivy: ANOTHER repeated story. This time: long time BFF who just so happens to be a guy comes to form the notorious love triangle. Last year, we had Navid, Aid and Teddy. This year, we have Dixon, Ivy, and...Ozcar? I think that's how he spells his name. I don't know why he is there. He really is just another "badboy". "Ooh, let's steal jet skis! Whoo!" And the fact that she's having sex dreams about him really ticks me off. I was heated when I thought it was for real, but I was still upset when she was fantasizing about it. And her mom?! WHORE!!

Debbie: Hopes she gets through it. Wouldn't mind seeing her with her yoga instructor (yes, Dan from Charmed).

Aid: Her singing! Loved her singing! The highlight of the episode. I'm anxious to see Aid with the book, maybe become secretive around her friends. The car crash was a good twist to the episode. I wish to see more Aid season three. As for Havier..........I'll live.

Almost forgot Naomi: I loved her! I cringed for a split second when I saw the flashback, but she was good. Yeah, she's putting up a facade, as Ro said above. But I think I might have fun withthis storyline with her. It's a good one where it actually means something. They even pulled a Secret Life and made a public announcement during the commercials. And the fact that she was whoring around to put up that facade and to send the massage, "I'm still old me" is good. But I'm hoping she patches things up again with Silver. I like the little 90210 quartet clique type thingy.

Alrighty, I'm going to review as a watch it again because I want to get everything I might have missed.

The beginning was kind of cute with Debbie driving the kids to school for their last first day of school.

Dixon: You promised no tears.
Debbie: What? No. These? These are allergies.
Annie: And what are you allergic to, Mom?
Debbie: Senior year.

LOL. Good one & a nice scene between the Wilsons. It was a sad moment when Harry's name was painted over. Makes it kind of final.

At first when Silver got the tweet from Naomi I thought something wasn't right & as for the next scene, it proved me right. She's been hiding out. This kind of made me think that it was about the rape.

Oscar is such a pain & this storyline feels so overdone as well. Boyfriend meets Girlfriend's childhood friend who happens to be the one she lost her virginity to but of course they deny any feelings between the two of them & finally the sexual tension will snap & they will sleep together forcing the end of Ivy & Dixon. Not that I'm complaining. ;D

I knew Javier wasn't going to make things easy for Ade. He was really condescending & mean about the tour. It's obvious he threw her off the tour for personal reasons.

I was wondering what was up between Annie & Liam that he told her "Screw you". I thought maybe it was about his boat.

Naomi & her facade. Just as I predicted, she was just keeping up appearances but when she saw Cannon you could totally see the fear & pain in her eyes & when he grabbed her to protect her from the earthquake & she screamed, you totally knew something had happened. I would never say anyone deserves to be raped, not even Naomi but in the end she enticed Mr Cannon, she gave him an opening with the false sexual harassment. I know I'm skipping down the episode but with him being Silver's adviser, I think he might try it again with her. This seems like the road this storyline is on. I know this might be weird to say but maybe with her being raped, Naomi might change her ways. One can see that this experience has wrecked her a bit, especially psychologically. She might take a different turn with her life & actually become a real person instead of always relying on her looks to get her further in life.

When that cabinet fell on Teddy's leg, I knew that would mean a serious problem for his tennis. I was also shocked when I saw him playing in that match after the injury but when he went down, I knew it was over.

I'm kind of shocked that Annie's hit & run was solved so smoothly & that she was just under house arrest & got probation. That seems kind of not so bad to me.

Can I just say I love Ryan. I just find him appealing & genuinely a nice guy & I hate that Jen is screwing with his head like this.

Javier is really bringing Ade down. He's a dick quite frankly & when the limo was hit I was just thinking: Yep, he's dead. Mean, I know but whatever.

I think Dixon's fears about Ivy & Oscar are justified. And for Ivy to just leave him there at the beach was rude.

I just love Silver for being such a supportive GF. LOL, her using tennis terminology was also funny as she's not exactly sure what it all means.

Thinking back now, even though Ryan was quite smashed that night, maybe he could testify that he actually saw Cannon & Naomi together that night. He could be her only hope if she does ultimately decide to press charges.

When they said D.O.A, I knew Javier was dead. Ade was really lucky that she wasn't injured so badly. When she took the lyric book out, I had a feeling, just to spite Javier, she'd use it for herself.

LOL, the scene with the Kardashians was awesome but I must say the dialogue was slightly cheesy. Thought I love them the Kardashians can't act, this is how I know their reality show can't be scripted.

Annie's interview: I was kind of proud of her for not hiding her past, because in the end it will come back to bite you in the ass so thumbs up for her. After she left the interview I could see on the woman's face that she was impressed by Annie. Kind of predictable, so I knew she'd get the internship but I'm curious as to what they exactly need her for.

The long awaited Lannie kiss! Halleluja! Honestly, I see where Annie is coming from. After the whole thing at prom with Naomi thinking Liam & Annie slept together & Naomi wreaking havoc on her life, I see why she's so cautious. She's afraid of what it might do to her friendship with Naomi especially taking into account that Naomi had intense feelings for Liam. I think she might still be a little hung up on him. I think that Annie might in future ask Naomi for her blessing. Honestly, it's uncomfortable when your ex starts dating one of your best friends, it can cause great damage. I'm still rooting for Lannie, so let's home something good will come in future.

I can see Ade is desperate to hang on to her sinking career & I just knew she was going to use the songs. But I have a feeling the other shoe is going to drop sooner or later.

Dixon is such a sweetie & I hate that Ivy is messing with his head like this. I'm sure she loves him but I'm also sure she won't be able to deny her feelings for Oscar.

Poor Naomi. She's really trying to hide those scars. But she's trying to hide them in the wrong way. This is definitely not the way I want her to go.

I feel sorry for Debbie. This situation is really taking its toll on her. As we've learned now, her & Harry are just separated. Could a reconciliation really be out of the question? I mean the actor that plays Harry could always come back for guest appearances. I'm looking forward to seeing her coming to terms with her new life & being able to handle all the responsibilities that have landed on her shoulders.

Oi! Cougar alert. Not that I'm surprised, Laurel is kind of a loose woman so not shocked

I'm really angry at Naomi for stooping so low as to try & seduce Teddy. She knew how it felt when she thought Annie slept with Liam & now she's doing the same to Silver. This must really open up some old friendship wounds for Silver.

Honestly, the song Ade sung is more of a chick song so can you imagine Javier singing it Good song though. I honestly don't think Navid is going to be thrilled about Ade lying to him about the songs.

I just want to mention, the scene where Silver & Mr Cannon are talking seems a little out of place to me. She just saw her boyfriend & her best friend together & she's so calm & collected & then excited on the phone. I know they maybe wanted to save this info for the end of the episode but it just didn't feel in place to me.

Good premiere episode. Not blown out of the water yet but it's a good start. A lot of storylines have been set in motion so I'm excited to see what the rest of the season entails.

Damn. So, I know I've lurking and skimming, but I wanted to jot down thoughts, I guess. Just so you know, I've skipped pretty much the entire season so far. I'm speaking about the current episode that aired last Monday, so yeah, if you haven't seen it, Don't Read!

Annie & Liam: Aren't together? Liam finally made peace with his brother, so I'm fine with that. And this just proves how much of a good guy Liam is. If he's willing to let go of Annie for him, maybe he wants a fresh start, even if they did sleep together. BTW, Annie's cousin needs to leave. Don't know why she's there, but she needs to go as I find her character utterly annoying and boring. Even if she did give Annie good advice. I don't know why I dislike her so much, I just do.

(Irrelevant side note: when is the welcome not for the site coming. I'm typing and I saw it and yeah...it's not there. Just saying.)

Dixon & Ivy: Aren't together. Damn. I know I said I was secretly rooting for Silxon (yeah, using horrible couple naming), but Ivy really grew onto me during the fall. And I do want to see them together. The whole nearly drowning story should have been exactly what Dixon needed to forgive her. I expect him to feel that the thought of losing her was unbearable. But I'd like to see them on a friend level, if nothing more.

Aid & Navid & Silver: ... I kinda like the storyline. First off, Adrianna is really being a bitch recently, in case you didn't know. It's bad enough that she's been taking Navid for granted recently, but now she's FAKING -excuse me...attempting to fake- PTSD (Post Traumatic Stress Disorder) on live television. She got what was coming to her. I was wearing a smile on my face the entire interview. The fact that her manager added to the humiliation was icing on the cake. It seem that she's more appreciative of Navid now. Too bad he's not so sure if he feels the same way about her. Because Silver's in the picture! Yes! I'd like to see them together. It seems a bit nostalgic for me (love triangles is what the show does best), but yeah, it could work.

Teddy & What's His Face: Okay, obviously same sex relationships isn't exactly unfamiliar territory for the show. But he admits it to himself. He's won half the battle. And he's out to Dixon. So that's good, except I'm not really sure how Dixon REALLY feels about it. Does he fully accept it, or will just put up with it? That goes for ALL his friends...but his dad may be a problem.

Finally...

Naomi & Silver & Cannon: YES! YES! YES! Finally! Honestly, the story has run its course. And it was one of the best stories of the series. And I'm assuming it's finally being put to rest. Naomi's almost murder/breakdown was great acting on Annalynn's part (compared to previous seasons, in my opinion). And I hope to see more of classic Naomi. And thank God Silver was there to stop her. The two really have come a long way. Compare them to the pilot episode and where they are now. Beautiful.

Oh yeah, I wanna see more of Ryan and Debbie!

So yeah, that's where I've been.

Annie and Liam are too perfect for each other and risk becoming seriously boring. But I guess this Annie/Brother/Liam thing could be really interesting. Oh and Annie's cousin is obviously supposed to be annoying, she's one of those Hollywood-wannabe-bitches that everyone hates, so I expect that once she's played her part, she'll be run out of town with torches and pitchforks. (She'll probably stir things up in an attempt to make things more dramatic or whatever.)

Dixon should just die. Sorry but I've hated him from episode one. He's such an arrogant character, and always ends up judging others and then doing something fuck-dumb. This new thing with Teddy is just another reason for him to be killed off. I have a feeling Dixon will throw a huge hissy fit about it and then go and try and get Silver back, or maybe Ivy.

I really want to see Liam and Naomi back together. I miss 'em.

Exactly. In real life, he made for a great enemy. But I feel like if I was in the show and had no idea about his craziness and assault on Naomi, I might be fond of him. And maybe doing a follow up episode in the future may not a bad idea. But for now, he's good in jail.

So we didn't see much of Ivy or Teddy on Monday's episode, but it was still good. I'm assuming Silver and Navid did the nasty nasty and a subject long since forgotten was finally brought up: Adrianna's daughter. At first, when they were in the steam room, I assumed that she was going to bring up her drug addiction. But when she mentioned her daughter, it was one of those "oh yeah!" moments. And she said that she wanted to find her daughter. Whether she was doing it for publicity or for real, this should be interesting...anything I miss? Oh yeah: Dixon fucking up the romantic night. At THAT moment, I hated Dixon. But yes, me wants more Debbie and Ryan, please.
