It's a hell of a day in the neighborhood.
In the fourth season, Lynette fights cancer along with a crazy little girl who sets out to hurt her; Susan, who gets pregnant, and Mike, who's the new drug addict in town, face a few marital problems; Bree fakes her pregnancy to protect her daughter's reputation; Gabrielle and Carlos are reunited in an adulterous affair, while Edie still forces her relationship with Carlos; and Katherine Mayfair moves back to Wisteria Lane with her family, after mysteriously moving away 12 years ago Why can't her daughter remember anything about living on the Lane when she was a young girl? And who is Katherine running away from?
