Tom is married to Lynette with four children, although he has another child from a previous relationship.
Tom gives up being a high powered advertising executive to follow his dream of opening his own Pizzeria.
Although it doesn't always show, Toms heart is always in the right place and he cares for his family. When Lynette was diagnosed with cancer he did all that he could to comfort and help her.
Now that his Pizzaria has closed he would like to go back to school to study Chinese.
